Cerchiamo una persona pratica e affidabile per il ruolo di Addetto/a junior al magazzino e all’assemblaggio, che supporti le attività di magazzino e contribuisca, quando necessario, all’assemblaggio delle nostre installazioni.

Ti occuperai di ricevere e sistemare la merce, preparare i materiali per la produzione, imballare le spedizioni e affiancare colleghi esperti nelle attività di assemblaggio.

La sede di lavoro è il laboratorio Leva di Torino, con trasferte occasionali per supportare le installazioni. Un’esperienza precedente è gradita, ma non indispensabile: contano soprattutto manualità, attenzione ai dettagli e voglia di imparare. Riceverai affiancamento e assumerai gradualmente maggiori responsabilità.

Le tue attività:

• Ricevere le consegne, verificare quantità e condizioni della merce e segnalare eventuali discrepanze.
• Etichettare e sistemare i materiali, registrare i movimenti di magazzino e contribuire agli inventari.
• Preparare materiali, componenti, attrezzi e attrezzature per la produzione e le installazioni, predisponendo kit dedicati a ciascuna commessa e segnalando eventuali materiali mancanti.
• Imballare le spedizioni in uscita e controllare attrezzi, attrezzature e componenti al rientro dalle installazioni, segnalando eventuali mancanze o danni.
• Supportare le attività di montaggio e smontaggio utilizzando i comuni utensili manuali ed elettrici, sotto la guida dei colleghi.
• Collaborare all’installazione e allo smontaggio in loco, quando richiesto.
• Mantenere le aree di magazzino, gli attrezzi e gli spazi di lavoro ordinati, puliti e sicuri.

• Buona manualità e familiarità di base con i comuni utensili manuali.
• Cura e precisione nella movimentazione dei materiali e nel controllo delle quantità.
• Capacità di seguire le istruzioni e chiedere aiuto quando necessario.
• Competenze digitali di base e disponibilità a imparare a utilizzare i software aziendali.
• Affidabilità, capacità di lavorare in squadra e un approccio responsabile alla sicurezza.
• Conoscenza dell’italiano adeguata allo svolgimento delle attività lavorative.
• Disponibilità a lavorare presso il nostro laboratorio di Torino e a effettuare trasferte occasionali, anche all’estero.

At Leva, you will not work on one isolated layer of a system. You will turn a creative idea into a working electromechanical installation, moving across motion architecture, component selection, prototyping, mechanical integration, electronics and firmware interfaces, testing and commissioning.

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Mechatronics Engineer who enjoys complex physical systems, makes sound decisions across disciplines and stays accountable for how the complete system performs. You will own real motion systems from the first architecture choices through workshop validation and on-site delivery.

In this role you will

• Translate creative and functional requirements into buildable electromechanical architectures, with clear interfaces between mechanics, electronics and control systems.
• Select and size motors, actuators, gearboxes, transmissions, drives, brakes, encoders and sensors.
• Design, tune and validate single-axis and coordinated motion, including motion profiles, homing, operating limits, fault handling and recovery.
• Work closely with our embedded engineer to define requirements and interfaces for custom electronics and firmware, debug integration issues and validate system performance.
• Create practical mechanical designs and CAD models for mechanisms, mounts, enclosures, sensor integration, cable routing and test rigs.
• Build and test prototypes using 3D printing, workshop processes and representative hardware to resolve technical uncertainties early.
• Collaborate with technicians during assembly, wiring and testing, investigating failures and turning findings into robust design improvements.
• Define and review requirements and deliverables for external electrical suppliers, including cabinet design, schematics and wiring.
• Develop technical documentation, bills of materials, test plans and commissioning procedures, with clear acceptance criteria.
• Support international installation, commissioning, handover and troubleshooting of the systems you design.

• Demonstrable ownership of an electromechanical or motion-control system that you personally helped design, build and functionally test.

• Experience integrating sensors, encoders, I/O, custom electronics and embedded firmware into working physical systems.

• Demonstrated experience taking mechanisms, machines, or physical products through concept, detailed design, prototyping, testing, and release.
• Strong capability in parametric 3D mechanical CAD. Experience with Fusion 360 or Inventor is useful, but strong users of comparable platforms are welcome.
• Practical understanding of kinematics, mechanisms, motion transmission, structural sizing, materials, tolerances, and mechanical interfaces.
• Experience producing manufacturing-ready drawings, specifications, and accurate BOMs.
• Sound DFM/DFA and manufacturing-process selection judgment across several relevant methods, such as CNC machining, sheet metal, welding, additive manufacturing, molding, or specialist processes.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, assembly, functional testing, and mechanical root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work pragmatically with suppliers, fabrication teams, assembly teams, and colleagues on site.
